LIFT IT is a 1 Hour class designed to build your strength. Its measure of success? That, by the end of your second week of doing the class – you're lifting heavier kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells than when you started.There's a 15 minute warm up before you start, Continuous Rounds... These are a combination of compound lifts (such as kettlebell deadlifts) and two accessory lifts (like getting into a plank position and using alternate hands to lift dumbbells up to shoulder height). The idea is that your final reps on any given set should be painfully, shudderingly hard. You should have depleted your tank, ready to rest and recover and move on and finally a cooldown.
